For a Smooth Lesson Experience
Lesson Cancellation
If you notify us of a lesson cancellation at least 24 hours before the lesson start time, we will arrange a make-up lesson within the monthly limit. Please understand that cancellations made less than 24 hours before the lesson start time cannot be rescheduled or refunded.
Make-up Lesson Limits
Number of Make-up Lessons
Make-up lessons are available within the following limits based on the number of lessons scheduled for each month.

* Lessons cancelled due to instructor or company circumstances are not counted toward the limit
Make-up Lesson Validity Period
Make-up lessons are valid for 30 days from the cancelled lesson date. If scheduling with your assigned instructor is difficult, we will propose lessons with another instructor. Please understand that refunds or make-up lessons cannot be provided after the validity period has expired.
Plan Changes
To change to a plan with fewer lessons, please notify us by the 15th of the current month for the change to take effect from the following month. Notifications received after the 15th will take effect from the month after next.
Lesson Validity Period
Each contracted plan has its own validity period. Please contact us for details.
Suspension of Lessons
Suspension requests made by the 15th of the current month will take effect from the 1st of the following month. Requests made after the 15th will take effect from the 1st of the following month. The suspension period limit varies according to each contracted plan.
