Article 2 (Definition of Personal Information)
"Personal information" in this Policy refers to "personal information" as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 1 of the Personal Information Protection Act, and includes name, date of birth, address, phone number, email address, employer information, account information for Zoom and other online meeting services, information related to lessons and counseling, and other information that can identify a specific individual (including information that can identify a specific individual by easily cross-referencing with other information).

The Company acquires personal information through lawful and fair means, including the following methods:

2. Purposes of Use for Online English Conversation and Overseas Training Services
- To match instructors for lesson provision, adjust schedules, and manage lesson history
- To create curricula based on level and learning objectives, record learning status, and provide evaluation and feedback
- To arrange and operate overseas on-site training (including providing information to local schools, accommodations, local staff, etc.)
3. Purposes of Use for Recruitment Services
- To provide career counseling and job referrals to job seekers
- To recommend candidates to prospective employers, coordinate selection and interviews, and communicate selection results
- To support onboarding procedures and maintain records/reports as required by law
The purpose of use may be changed within a reasonably related scope. In such cases, the Company will publish the changed purpose on this Site or notify the individual in accordance with applicable laws.

The Company may entrust the handling of personal data to system operators, payment processors, email distribution services, cloud service providers, instructors, advisors, etc. to the extent necessary for providing the Services. In such cases, the Company conducts sufficient verification in selecting contractors, concludes appropriate contracts, and supervises in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.

Article 8 (Provision of Personal Data to Third Parties in Foreign Countries)
- The Company may provide personal data to third parties located in foreign countries, including the UK Entity, or store personal data in foreign countries for providing the Services, system operation, cloud service use, etc.
- The Company strives to ensure appropriate security management measures by understanding the personal information protection systems in such foreign countries and the handling of personal data by such third parties, and by establishing necessary contracts and systems in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidelines.
- When consent is required by law, the Company will provide necessary information including the above and obtain the individual's consent before providing data.

The Company implements necessary and appropriate security management measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of personal data, including the following:

Article 13 (Notes on Handling Personal Information in Online English Conversation and Recruitment Services)
1. Handling of Information in Online Lessons
- The Company may acquire information such as customer name, account name, video, audio, and chat content through Zoom and other online meeting services. Such information will be handled as personal information in accordance with this Policy.
- Customers are recommended to protect their own privacy by using display names different from their real names, blurring or changing backgrounds, and making other settings as necessary.
2. Information Acquired by Instructors During Lessons
Among the information acquired by Company instructors during lessons, personally identifiable information used within the scope necessary for lesson provision and learning guidance will be appropriately managed as personal information under the Company's control in accordance with this Policy.
3. Information in Recruitment Services
Among the information collected by Company advisors during counseling, personally identifiable information will be appropriately managed as personal information in accordance with this Policy.
4. Disclaimer for Communications Not Involving the Company
- The Company is not responsible for troubles or personal information leakage arising from personal communications between customers and instructors/advisors conducted without the Company's involvement (including communications on external services such as social media or lessons/transactions conducted outside the Company's control), except in cases of intentional or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
- Customers are also requested to exercise caution in handling their own personal information.

- When minor customers use the Services, applications should in principle be made with parental or guardian consent.
