Once a weekBuild rapport with your instructor while practising speaking through free-choice topics — everyday conversations, travel stories, recent articles. This is the stage where your weekly English time becomes something to look forward to.

Growing confidence
1–2 times a weekEnglish starts flowing naturally when travelling. You manage a few exchanges at conference receptions, and the desire to 'say more' emerges. Medical topic discussions are gradually introduced.
