British boarding schools and international schools hold admissions talks before opening and ahead of each entry season. ELT receives these announcements from the schools and organisations concerned and passes them on to families considering an application. Every event is hosted by the school or organisation named, not by ELT. ELT's role is to handle registration or to help with the announcement.
